Belinda practices in the firmˇ¦s corporate and corporate finance team, principally concentrating on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. She has a broad commercial practice and has worked on equity offerings (with a focus on advising PRC entities on their initial public offerings in Singapore), share acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, schemes of arrangement and general corporate and advisory work for both listed and private companies. Prior to joining Shook Lin & Bok in 2004, she practiced corporate law in a reputable boutique law firm in Singapore. |
