Michelle is a partner in the corporate & corporate finance practice of Shook Lin & Bok LLP. Michelle practises in the areas of corporate and corporate finance. She handles both international and domestic work, with expertise in M&A, securities and investments. She has advised multi-national corporations, public companies as well as established private companies and new ventures, on their international and local acquisitions and investments. She re-joined the Firm after having worked in the London office of a leading law firm where she advised on a number of cross-border acquisitions, investments and private-equity transactions. |
