Yi Jing is a partner in the corporate and corporate finance practice. She graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 2002 and was admitted to the Singapore bar in 2003. She has advised on corporate finance transactions, particularly initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange (with a focus on China companies), post-listing advisory work for listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate advisory work for both public listed and private companies. She has also advised on the licensing, regulation and compliance of market participants. |
