Sarjit is head of the litigation and banking practices in
Shook Lin & Bok. His practice is litigation and international arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, and corporate banking (including securitization, project finance and leveraged buyouts).
Member of the International Insolvency Institute (since 2004); Chairman Inter-Pacific Bar Association Insolvency Committee; Vice-Chairman Inter-Pacific Bar Association Insolvency Committee (1998-2005); Singapore correspondent for the Receivers, Administrators and Liquidators’ Quarterly (since 1994); Singapore consultant to the Asian Development Bank’s Symposium on Insolvency Law Reform in Asia (1999).
Sarjit has consistently been identified as one of Singapore’s leading insolvency/restructuring practitioners in a number of international publications such as Who’s Who Legal: Insolvency & Restructuring and Global Counsel 3000. |
